Return Eligibility:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can issue a return within 30 days of receiving the products if they remain unopened and in original packaging. The Cold Plunge Tub and Chiller must be returned unopened to be eligible for a refund. Please note that any Cold Plunge product that has been opened post-delivery will not be eligible for return unless deemed defective and/or faulty. *If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact support@mihigh.com for further support within 14 days of noticing the item defects.
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. All warranty claims will be processed based on the original purchase date.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products. This fee covers the costs associated with processing, inspecting, testing, and recertifying returned items.
MH Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and will be able to ship the product out via their own method of transportation. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging, and once picked up you will need to contact our support team with a tracking number to track the arrival. The original packaging helps protect the product during transit and ensures it arrives undamaged. Once our team has confirmed the item has arrived with the original packaging, we will issue a full refund for the original purchase cost.

Please contact support@mihigh.com to initiate the return. Please note again that any item that has been opened and/or used is not eligible for a return.

Securely pack the item in its original packaging or in a suitable alternative to ensure it arrives undamaged.

Ship the return package to the address provided by our Customer Support Team.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. Once the item has been deemed satisfactory (7-14 business days) we will issue the full refund.
